     Ingredients:
    Frozen Italian Pizza Dough
    2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup diced pepperoni
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    1 TBSP dried basil
    Egg Wash


    Preheat oven to 375°

    When the dough is thawed and ready to work,divide it into two equivalentportions.Then, roll eachthe half individually into ¼”rounds on a lightly-floured surface.

    Spread one half of calzone round with half of the filling mixture then fold the dough across and over to the opposite side. Seal the edges by crimping with your fingers or pressing it with a fork.

    Brush the tops of both calzones with egg wash, and arrange on a greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, and heated through.

    Serve with warm marinara sauce on top, or on the side if desired.
